In the 1960s educational technology into one study that a lot of attention in the education expert. At

source of learning. Therefore,

information or learning materials. In

and development, as well as its implementation, even assuming that

examines the "how". In
relation to learning, educational technology strengthens in various
ways and techniques to engineer began stage of the design, development,
utilization of a variety of learning resources, implementation, and
assessment and program learning outcomes.
Based on the history of its development, the term educational technology into use since 1963, and was officially professed by the Association of Educational Communication and Technology (AECT) since 1977, although sometimes overlapping with the use of the term learning technology. However, both terms are still used in accordance with its judgment. Finn (1965) reveals that in the UK and Canada is more commonly used term educational technology, while in the USA the term is widely used learning technology. But sometimes these two terms are used simultaneously in the same activity. And recently developed the concept that learning technology is more suitable to be used for the implementation of the teaching context.
